My name is Laura Foley and I run Burnish Point. I’m an artist, designer, and cat enthusiast. My background is in printmaking as well as painting and drawing. I’m inspired by all the beautiful things this world has to offer. The joy of growing plants, the contented cat that sleeps on my feet every night, the way Jupiter sits like a jewel in the winter sky all inspire me. When I’m not working I love horror movies, hiking and identifying mushrooms, music of almost every kind, and spending time with my beloved fiance and family.

My dad is also an artist, and a damn good one. I was lucky enough to grow up surrounded by his work. He works primarily in watercolors. His work can be found at John J. Foley Art or on Instagram.
